Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- Europe (including Spain, UK, EU): 6–12 business days
- South America: 10–20 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand periods. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. Free shipping is available on orders over $75 to the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Where available at checkout, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) so these charges are collected upfront, avoiding surprise fees on delivery.

Multiple Packages
Some orders may ship in multiple packages, sometimes from different fulfillment locations, and may arrive at different times.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
